-2- <br /> <br />Beginning at the northeasterly corner of Sublot Number 18 <br />in the Tuxedo Land Company's Warren Park Subdivision as <br />shown by the recorded.plat in Volume 79 of Maps, Page 40 <br />of Cuyahoga County ReCords; thence westerly along the <br />northerly line of said sublot a distance of 110.0 feet to <br />a point in the westerly line of said subdivision; thence <br />northerly along the said westerly line a distance of 7.55 <br />feet to a point in the southerly line of Delaware Avenue <br />(50 feet wide) (formerly Iola Avenue) as shown by the recorded <br />plat in Volume 88 of Maps, Page 35 of Cuyahoga County Records; <br />thence easterly along the southerly line of Delaware Avenue <br />a distance of 0.36 feet to a poi!~t of curve; thence in the arc <br />of a curve deflecting t° the left a distance of 92.24 feet, <br />having a radius of 467.19 feet, and a chord of 92.06 feet <br />which bears north 83© 20' 47!' east to a point of reverse <br />curve deflecting to the right a distance of 26.78 feet, having <br />a radiusoOf 15 feet, and a chord of 23.36 feet, which bears <br />south 51 9' 18" east to a point of tangency in the westerly <br />line of Emily Drive (50 feet wide) thence southerly along the <br />westerly line of Emily Drive 3.57 feet to the place of <br />beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal <br />highways. <br /> <br />The VENDEE agrees to pay for said property the sum of One <br />Hundred Dollars ($100.00), payable upon the execution of <br />this Agreement. <br /> <br />The VENDOR agrees to convey said premises to the VENDEE by <br />good and sufficient Quit Claim Deed and VENDEE agrees to pay <br />the cost of recording said Deed. <br /> <br />There will be no proration of taxes or assessments for the <br />reason that said property is presently tax exempt. <br /> <br />SIGNATURES <br /> <br /> Section 3. That this ordinance is hereby declared to <br />be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble <br />hereof and providing it receives the affirmative vote of two- <br />thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and <br />be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: ....
