Graber, Huffman, Kelley, <br /> Usher, Wendling <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY ORbiNANCEauthorizing the transfer ot certain appropriations <br />as appropriaued oy Ordinance No, 8-68~ adopted March 4, 1968, amended by <br />Ordinance No, ].]~-6~ adopted March 18.~ 1968~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, An emergency exist~ to provide for the immediate p~ervation <br />of the public property, health and safety and the Usual daily operation <br />of municipal departments; now? therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1.
