That the essessment oC t'he cost and expense of in-. <br />pro~ing Beach Avenue from Detroit Avenue te Mlifton Boulevard in the <br />City of L~kzwood, Ohio, by the necessary Erading of the b~se? recurfacimg <br />with asphaltic concrete including the necesSar~ replacement and resetting <br />of castings and the necessary resetting and replacing of curbs together <br />with the nece~oary aplmartemauc~ bheret© as set forth in Resolution No. <br />1!617 adopted by this Council on March l~, 196P~, snd. amounting in the <br />ajgre~ to $6,162.76. as reporte~ to this Council on the third day <br />of March, 196~, ~y the Director of Fina~ee, be and the same is hereby <br />adopted and confirmed, end that there ~e and are hereby levied and <br />assessed upon the lots and lauds bounding and abuttin~ upon said improvement <br />the several amc,nuts reported as aforesaid, which ~ssessmemts and the <br />description of said lots and lands mrs ~W. ~n file ~,n the elf ice of the <br />Clerk of Council amd which assessments e~re ~.m ,~r~pe~elen te the special <br />~enefits, and are not in e~ces~ ~F a~y stat~rtery limitation. <br /> <br /> Section ~. :i~a~ the total assessment against each lot or parcel <br />of laud shaXl ~e payable ~m cash not later tha~ June 1, 19~.9, or at the <br />option of~ ~he o~aer, in ten semi-annual installments with interest at the <br />same rate as shall be b~r-me by the bonds to be. issued in anticipation of the <br />collection of the same.
