That there be appropriated from the Sewage Disposal Operating Fund: Section 8o That there be appropriated from the Parking Meter Fund: Section 9. That to provide for the redemption of bonds, interest on outstanding bonds and other expend- itures, the following sums are hereby appropriated from the Bond Retirement Fund: General Bonds Special Assessment Bonds 1,400,000.00 12,360.00 Section 14. That the Director of Finance be and is hereby authorized to draw checks upon the City depositories for the amounts appropriated in this ordinance whenever claims are presented properly approved by the head of the department for which the indebtedness is incurred, provided the President of Council shall approve all claims of the City Council. Section 15. In accordance with Article III, Section 14 of the Charter of the City of Lakewood, Council hereby determines that the manner of giving notice of the passage of this ordinance is to be by posting copies hereof for a period not less than fifteen (15) days, in not less than five (5) of the most public places in the City, which places have been determined by Council in Ordinance No. 55-59.
