Graber, Huffman, Kelley, <br />Usher, Ward, Gaydos <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE establishing rates of admission <br />to the Lakewood Municipal Swimming Pools at Lakewood Park and <br />Madison Park, and repealing Ordinance No. 25-68, adopted <br />April 15, 1968, and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances <br />inconsistent herewith. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This ordinance constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal department; <br />now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the rates for admission to the Lakewood <br />Municipal Swimming Pools at Lakewood Park and at Madison Park be <br />and the same are hereby established as follows: <br /> <br /> Season Passes for Open Swimminq <br /> Season Admissions - residents <br /> Adult (Individual) <br /> Student (Individual) <br /> Season Admissions - non-residents <br /> Adult (Individual) <br /> Student (Individual) <br />· Season Family Admissions, residents only <br /> Adult (One parent) <br /> Each additional family member <br /> (Limit - two adults) <br /> <br />$ 9.00 <br /> 7.00 <br /> <br />B.
