Kelley, Usher, Ward, Wendlin <br /> Gaydos, Graber, Huffman <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to amend Section 149.01(e) of the <br />Administrative Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of <br />Lakewood relating to the definition of full-time, permanent hourly <br />employee of the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This ordinance constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the usual daily operation of municipal departments; <br />now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Section 149.01(e) of the Administrative <br /> Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, now reading <br />'as follows: <br /> <br />Section 149.01 Definitions <br /> <br /> !"(e) 'Full-time, permanent hourly employee' means an <br /> hourly employee who has served the City full time <br /> at least twenty-six consecutive weeks." <br /> <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 149.01 Definitions <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />'Full-time, permanent hourly employee' means an <br />hourly employee who has been employed by the <br />City full time at least sixty (60) consecutive <br />days, but shall exclude Lakewood Hospital <br />employees, temporary employees, seasonal employees, <br />police cadets, school guards and public works <br />inspectors. <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br /> Section 2.
