Graber, ttuffman, Kelley <br />Usher, Ward, Wendling, Gaydos <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY!ORDINANCE to amend Section 545.01(b) of the <br />General Offenses Code:~of the Codified Ordinances of the City of <br />Lakewood relating to the definition of junk motor vehicle. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This ordinance constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the usual daily operation of municipal departments <br />and for the immediate preservation of the public health, safety <br />and welfare; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAIIEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Section 545.01(b) of the General Offenses <br />Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, now <br />reading as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 545.01(b) <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />'Junk vehicle' means a former motor vehicle which <br />is so dismantled, destroyed or changed'that it <br />physically is no longer a motor vehicle or is not <br />the motor vehicle described in the purchaser's <br />certificate of title." <br /> <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Section 545.01(b) <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />"Junk motor vehicle" means any motor vehicle <br />which is so wrecked or in such worn out <br />condition that it is unfit for operation as <br />a motor vehicle. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
