Ward, Wendling, Gaydos, <br />Graber, Huffman, Kelley, Usher <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to amend Ordinance No. 69-65, <br />adopted September 7, 1965, relating to rates of admission to <br />the Winterhurst-Lakewood Municipal Skating Rink. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This ordinance constitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal <br />department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance 69-65, adopted <br />September 7, 1965, now reading as follows: <br /> <br />A.
