For the purpose of this ordinance the word "student" <br />"shall be deemed to include any person who, in the <br />school semester during which the skating rink is opened <br />for skating in the fall season, is a student, in kinder- <br />garten through the twelfth grade, except that, in <br />respect to Special Season Passes, both resident and <br />non-resident, the word "student" shall be deemed to <br />~nclude only kindergarten through the eighth grade. <br /> <br />For the purpose of this ordinance, the word "adult" <br />shall be deemed to include any person other than a <br />student or pre-kindergarten child.
