Wendlin~, Gaydos, <br />Graber, l[uffman, Kelley, <br />Usher, Ward <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE crcating the position of Dog Warden in the Division <br />of Health, City of Lakewood, and fixing the annual salary therefor <br />commencing October _5, 1969. <br /> <br />~tEREAS, this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure providing for <br />the usual daily operation of a municipal department in that in the <br />interest of public service, welfare and safety, it is necessary to fix <br />the compensation of employees; now, therefore, <br /> <br />I~E IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. Position of Dog Warden in the Division of Health, City of <br />Lakewood, is hereby created and the annual compensation shall be as <br />follows commencing October 5, 1969. <br /> <br />DIVISION OF HEALTH <br /> <br />Dog Warden $ 6,000 <br /> <br />Section 2. Ail compensation provided for herein shall be paid in equal <br />installments every two (2) weeks. .. <br /> <br />Section 3. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it <br />receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to <br />Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its <br />adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />esident <br />Cler~ <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
