Usher, Ward, Wendltng, <br />Gaydos, Graber, Huffman, Kelley <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to make additional appropriations for expenditures <br />of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, for;the fiscal year ending <br />December 31, 1969. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, An emergency exists to provide for the immediate preservation of <br />the public property, health and safety and to provide for the usual daily <br />operation of municipal departments; now,~therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE cITy OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />That there be appropriated from the General Fund: <br /> <br />0190500 Finance $ 6,000 <br />0190600 GeneralAdministration 25,000 <br />0191200 Building 1,000 <br />0191300 Court 3,500 <br />0191800 Public Lands & Buildings 4,000 <br />0192000 Police 10,000 <br />0192300 Fire 12,000 <br />0194100 Sewers 6,000 <br />0194400 Refuse 95,000 <br />0195100 Sidewalks 6,000 <br />0195200 Street Lighting 60,000 <br />0195300 Curb Cutting 1,000 <br />0195500 Street Signs 1,000 <br />0196300 Tennis Courts 12,000 <br />0197400 Storm Damage 160,000 <br />0199000 Transfers ~ <br /> <br />Section 2. <br />$80,000. <br /> <br />That there b~ appropriated from the Equipment Rental fund <br /> <br />Section 3. That there be appropriate~.from the Water Fund $ 45,000. <br /> <br />Section 4. That there be appropriated from the Sewage Disposal Operating <br />Fund $10,000. ' :., <br /> <br />Section 5. That the Director of Finance be and is hereby authorized to <br />draw checks upon the City depositories for the amounts appropriated in <br />this ordinance whenever claims are presented properly approved by the head <br />of the department for which the indebtedness is incurred, providing the <br />President of Council shall approve all claims of the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 6. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble, and provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it <br />shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval <br />by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />Approved: ..... <br /> <br />December 15, 1969 <br /> <br />December 15, ].969 <br /> <br /> <br />
