Graber, Huffman, Kelley, <br /> Usher, Wendling <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE authorizing the transfer of certain appropriations <br />as appropriated by Ordinance No. 24-69, adopted March 17, 1969, amended by <br />Ordinance No. 79-69, adopted December 15, 1969. <br /> <br />~tEREAS, AN emergency exists to provide for the immediate preservation of <br />the public property, health and safety and the usual daily operati?n of <br />municipal departments; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF ~_KE CITY OF LAKEWOOD,STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1.
