That there be appropriated from the <br /> Hospital Fund: <br /> <br />Section lZ.That there be appropriated from the <br /> Hospital Capital Outlay and Depreciation <br /> Fund: <br /> <br />Section 14. That there be appropriated from the <br /> Hospital Expansion Fund: <br /> <br />$ 75,000.00 <br /> <br />50,000.00 <br /> <br />12,000.00 <br /> <br />175,000.00 <br /> <br />2,500,000.00 <br /> <br />40,000.00 <br /> <br />900,000.00 <br /> <br /> Section 15. That the Director of Finance be and is hereby authorized to <br /> draw checks upon the City depositories for the amounts appropriated in <br />this ordinance whenever claims are presented properly approved by the <br />-head of the department for which the indebtedness is incurred, provided <br /> the President of Council shall approve all claims of the City Council. <br /> <br /> Section 16. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br /> measure for the reasons stated in the preamble, and provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds (2/3) of all members elected to Council, <br /> it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and <br /> approval by the~Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />Approved:_~ ~ /q.70 <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
