ORDINANCE NO. 12-70 <br /> <br />BY:Messrs. Huffman, Kelley, Usher, <br /> Ward, Wendling, Gaydos, Graber <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1111.12 of the Zoning Code of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and revising the <br />Zoning Map with respect to certain property all as hereinafter set forth <br />and described. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF ~{E CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br />OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Section 1111.12 of the Zoning Code of the Codified <br /> Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and it is hereby amended by changing <br /> and revising the Zoning Map to the extent that the property described as <br /> follows: , <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point on the easterly line of Andrews Avenue <br /> (60 feet wide), which is 182 feet from the intersection of <br /> the northerly line of Detroit Avenue (66 feet wide), with <br /> the easterly line of Andrews Avenue, said point being the <br /> northwesterly corner of land conveyed to the First New <br /> Jerusalem Church of Lakewood, Ohio, by deed dated May 14, 1906, <br /> and recorded in Volume 1043 of Deeds, Page 270 of Cuyahoga <br /> County Records; thence easterly along the southerly line of <br /> Sublot No. 48 in the W. A. Katz Company Subdivision, as shown <br /> by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 35 of Maps, <br /> Page 25 of Cuyahoga County Records, 124.63 ft. to a point which <br /> is the southeasterly corner of said Sublot 48; thence southerly <br /> 50 feet along the westerly line of land conveyed to James A. <br /> Wigmore by deed dated July 13, 1904 and recorded in Volume 934 <br /> of Deeds, Page 413 of Cuyahoga CountY Records, and as shown by <br /> the recorded plat in Volume 33 of Maps, Page 5 of the Records of <br /> said county, said line being the easterly line of land conveyed <br /> to the First New Jerusalem Church of Lakewood, Ohio, by deed dated <br /> May 14, 1906 and recorded in Volume 1043 of Deeds, Page 270 of <br /> Cuyahoga County Records, to a point on said line; thence westerly <br /> along the southerly line of said land conveyed to the New Jerusalem <br /> Church of Lakewood to the easterly line of Andrews Avenue approxim- <br /> ately 124.63 feet; thence northerly along the easterly line of <br /> · Andrews Avenue 50 feet to point of beginning, as appears on said <br /> plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways <br /> <br />shall be and it is hereby reclassified and changed from Class Ia-HI-A1 to <br />Class 2d-H3-A4. <br /> <br /> Section 2. .That the City Engineer be and he is hereby authorized <br />an~'directed to'make said reclassification, change and revision in the <br />Zoning Map, which Zoning Map, with said reclassification, change and revision <br />made as herein provided, is hereby declared to be a part of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
