provided, however, that before revo]~ing said license <br />opportunity shall be given to such licensee to correct <br />such viOlations. <br /> <br /> 137.12 SEVERABILITY <br /> Section 1317.01 to 1317.11 inclusive and each part of <br />such sections are hereby declared to be independent sections <br />and parts of sections, and not withstanding any other <br />evidence of legislative intent it. is hereby declared to be <br />the controlling legislative intent that if any provision <br />of said sections, or the application thereof to any person <br />or circumstances., is held invalid, the remaining sections <br />or parts of sections, and the .application of such provisions <br />to any persons or circumstances, other than those as to <br />which it is held invalid, shall not be affected thereby, <br />and it is hereby declared that this ordinance would ha:;e <br />been passed independently of such section, sections or parts <br />of a section so held to be invalid. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That Section 1629.21(a) of the Building Code <br />of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood,now reading <br />as follows :o <br /> <br />1629.21(a)' EnOlosure <br /> Every motion picture projector using nitrocellulose <br />film, together with all related devices and equipment, <br />shall be enclosed in a booth, room or rooms constructed as <br />specified in this Section. <br /> <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />1629.21(a) Enclosure <br /> Every motion picture projector, together with all related <br />devices and equipment, shall be enclosed in a booth, room or <br />rooms constructed as specified in this Section. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That Section 1629.22 of the Building Code of <br />the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, now reading as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1629.22 Portable Booths <br /> ......... ,. ~ o ,., for r~ occasioua]. ~ro~ec'kJ.on of motion <br /> <br />construction approved by the. Board of Building Co~ Appeals. <br />A separate permit shall be secured from the Fire Department <br />for each use of a portable booth and shall be secured for <br />each use even though such booth is permanently maintained <br />within the premises. <br /> <br />be.and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />1629 27 Portable Booths <br /> Portable booths for the occasional projection of motion <br />pictures shall be of a type and construction approved by the <br />Board of Building Code Appeals. A separate permit shall be <br />secured from the Fire Department for each use of a portable <br />booth and shall be secured for each use even though such <br />boot% is p~rmanently maintained within the ~remiseso <br /> <br /> Section 4. That Section 1629.23 of the Building Code of <br />the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, now reading as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1629.23 Use of Cellulose-Acetate Film <br /> No booths or enclosures shall be required for the <br />projection of motion pictures from slow-burning cellulose- <br />acetate film. <br /> <br />be and the same is hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> <br />
