<br />sh~l be signed by, or be~ the facsimile signature of, the Executive and the
<br />Fiscal Officer and sealed with the corporate seal of the Issuer or nh~l! be
<br />executed and sDaled in such n~nner as may be required in such legisl~tion or by
<br />law applicable at the time of issuance of the respective Bonds. Intercs'~
<br />attached to the Bonds shall bear the facsimile signat~e of the Fiscal Office~ or
<br />such other facsimile or m~us~ signature as sh~21 be required by such legislation
<br />or by law applicable at the time of issu~ee of the respective Dends. Thc Addi-
<br />tional Bonds shall bear such designation as may be necessary to distinguish them
<br />from the improvement Bonds or other Additional Bonds having different provisions
<br />and shall have maturities, interest rates, interest pa)7~ent dates, redemption pre-
<br />visions, denominations and other provisions as provided in this legislation or in
<br />the legislation hereafter adopted providing for issuance of the Additional 5onds~
<br />provided, however, that such te~s and provisions shall not be inconsistent with
<br />this legislation, the Indenture or the then outstanding Bonds.

<br /> Additional Bonds shall not be redeemable earlier than the first redemp-
<br />tion date for the Improvement. Bonds.
<br />
<br /> The Bonds shall be payable solely' from the Pledged Revenues and shall
<br />be secured only, but equally and ratably without priority of one over another
<br />by reason of number or of date of Bond,.sale, execution or delivery, by the Inden-
<br />ture constituting a lien upon and pledge oD said Pledged Revenues, after provi-
<br />sion for the reasonable operation and main~en&nce expenses of the Hospital
<br />Facilities as above provided, and anything in the Indenture: in this.legislation
<br />or in the Bonds to the contrary notwithstanding, neither the general resources of
<br />the Issuer shall be required to be used, nor the general credit of the Issuer
<br />pledged, for the performance of any duty under the Indenture, this legislation
<br />or the Bonds, but any payment to be ~ade under the Indenture, this legislation or
<br />the Bonds shall be made only from the Pledged Revenues; provided, however, that:
<br />if othe~u, ise lawful, nothing herein shall be deemed to prohibit the Issuer iron
<br />using, of its o%~ volition, any of its general resources for the fulfil~:ent of
<br />any of the terms and conditions of the Indenture, this legislation or the Bonds.

<br /> Section 10. C__ov__ep~3Lts of Issuer. The Issuer, by the issuance
<br />of the Improvcnent Bonds, shall covenant with the holders of the ]~ond.~ .un~ the
<br />Trustee (a) that it will promptly and economically construct thc Project
<br />the moneys in the Construction Fund, provided t}~at the aggregate cost of the
<br />Project will not exceed the moneys available therefor in thc Construction Fund;
<br />(b) that, within its power so to do, it will at ~1 tithes prescribe a~i;i
<br />such rates for the services rendured by the Hospital Facilitie:; to thu users
<br />thereof, or will provide by lo,me or contract with oth,~rs for the ch~rcin~; of
<br />such rates and the making of pay:aunts to the Issuer of rentals el' other consiu-
<br />erations for the use and operation of the' Hospital Facilities, and will so
