Graber, Huffman~ Kel]t~y, U::i~,~', Wsrd, Wendling, Gaydos AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE accepting the dedication ~of Lake Point Drive from Lake Road westerly approximately three hundred and six feet (306') to its end. WHEREAS, It is considered in 'the public interest to cause Lake Point Drive to be accepted for public use and, WHEREAS, On January 20, 1969, this Council adopted Resolution No. 4694, which approved the proposed street to be known aS Lake Point Drive, as shown on the replat plan of Permanent Parcel Number 311-4-6 of. Cuyahoga County Records, as approved by the Planning Commission, and. WHEREAS, The improvement of Lake Point Drive has been comPleted. and the property owner has compliedwith all of the requirements'On its part to be performed, and WHEREAS, This ordinance constitutes an emergency measure providing for the immediate preservation of the public property and for the usual daily operation of a municipal department; now,. therefore, .~ -" BE IT ORDAINED ~Y THE cOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE- WOOD, STATE OF OHIO: ~'o ~ Section 1. That the dedicatio~ of Lake Point Drive from Lake Road westerly approximately three hundred and six feet (306') to its end as shown by the plat of same recorded · in Volume 204 of Maps, Page 30, of the Cuyahoga County Records, be and'the same is hereby accepted and confirmed. · Section 2. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the pre- ~nble hereof and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and ap- proval by the Mayor.
