Graber, lluffman, Kelley, Usher, <br />Ward, Wendling, Gaydos <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE authorizing the transfer of certain ~,pl)ropri;~t:ions n:; nppro- <br />priated by Ordinance No. 11-,70, adopted March 1.6, 1970. <br /> <br />WIIEREAS, An emergency exists to provide for the immediate preservation of the <br />public property, health and safety and the usual daily operation of municip;ll <br />departments; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STA~E OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby authorized to make <br />the following transfers of appropriations as appropriated by Ordinance No. 11-70 <br />adopted March 16, 1970.
