ORDINANCE NO. 2-71 BY: Messrs. Gaydos, Graber, liuffman, Kelley, Usher, Ward An Ordinance to amend Section 911.02 of the Streets and Public Services Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood relating to the Lakewood Incinerator. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That Section 911.02 of the Streets and Public Services of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, now reading as follows: Section 911.02 CHARGES Residents of the City who bring refuse, garbage and other materials, arising out of the use of their places of residence, to the Lakewood Incinerator in their own vehicles may make use of the Incinerator without charge. A charge of five dollars ($5.00) per ton shall be made for all materials brought to the Incinerator by 'or on behalf of contractors and commercial estab- lishments. However, the minimum charge for any one such load shall be one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50). be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 911.02 CHARGES Residents of the City who'bring refuse, garbage and other materials, arising out of the use of their places of residence, to the Lakewood Incinerator in their own vehicles may make use of the Incinerator without charge. A charge of seven dollars and fifty cents ($7.50) per ton shall be made for all materials brought to the Incinerator by or on behalf of contractors and commercial establishments. However., the minimum charge for any one such load shall be two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50). Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and'be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law, and all ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.
