<br /> Section 2. In the Division of Fire, Department of Public Safety, Group 1
<br /> Firemen stiall consist of firemen who have continuously served in thc Division
<br /> of Fire two (2) full years or who, in the judgment of the Director of ?ub] Lc
<br /> Safety, have acquired equivalent training and acquired experience in the
<br /> Division of Fire in some other city. Group 2 Firemen shall consist of
<br /> firemen Who have served continuously in the Division of Fire for ~nore than
<br /> one (1) year but less than two (2) years. Group 3 firemen shall consist of
<br />firemen who have served in the Division of Fire for less than one (1) >,car.
<br />.Provided, however, that there shall be no increase in salary to a fireman by
<br /> reason of said grouping until certified b) the Director of Public Safety.

<br />Section 3. In the Division of Police, Department of Public Safety, Group 1
<br />patrolmen shall consist of patrolmen who have continuously served in tile
