That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two--thirds of all members elected to Council, and is <br />approved by the Mayor, it shall take effect and be in force as of March 1,1971, <br />and existing Sections 149.08 and 149.09 of the Codified Ordinances of the city <br />of Lakewopd are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Acting <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
