<br />~AN ~IERG~CY ORDINANCE to make appropriations for current expenses and other
<br />expenditures of the City of Lakewood, State %f Ohio, for the fiscal year
<br />ending December 31, 1971, and repealing Ordinance No. 1-71 entitled "AN
<br />EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to make temporar~v appropriations for current'expenses
<br />and other expenditures of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, for three
<br />months January 1, 1971 to March 31, 1971, as provided for by Section
<br />5705.38 of the Revised Code" adopted by the Council of the City of La~ewood,
<br />January 4, 1971.

<br />WHEREAS, An emergency exists to provide for the immediate preservation of
<br />the public property, health and safety and to provide for the usual daily
<br />operation of municipal departments; now, therefore:
<br />
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO:
