Gaydos, Graber, Huffman, U. sher, <br /> Ward, Wendling, K~lley <br /> <br /> An Ordinance to amend Section 1111.12 of the Zoning Code of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and revising the Zoning Map <br />with respect to certain properties all as hereafter set forth and described. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That Section 1111.12 of the zOning Code of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby amended by changing <br />and revising the Zoning Map to the extent that the property described as follows: <br /> Situated in the City .of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga, and State of Ohio, <br /> and known as being part of Original Rockport Township Number 18, being <br /> known as Sublot Number 41 in the Mars Wagner Realty Company's Indian <br /> Heights Allotment as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 65 of Maps, <br /> Page 10 of Cuyahoga County Records,-and being bounded and described as <br /> follows: " <br /> Beginning at the northwesterly corner of'Sublot Number 41 in said sub- <br /> division, which is also the easterly line of RiverSide Drive (60 feet <br /> wide) thence easterly a distance of 230.64 feet to a point,.thence <br /> southerly a distance of 103.00 feet to a point, which is the south- <br /> easterly corner of Sublot Number 41 which is also the northerly line <br /> of Nara§ansett Avenue (60 feet wide) thence westerly a distance of <br /> 205.00 feet to a point of curve; thence in an arc of a curve deflect- <br /> ing to the right a distance of 32.02 feet, having a radius of 20.00 <br /> feet, and a chord of 29.05 feet which terminates the end of said curve, <br /> which is also the easterly line of Riversid~ Drive (60.00 feet wide) <br /> thence northerly along the easterly line of said street a distance <br /> of 83.15 feet to the principal Place of beginning be the same more or <br /> less but subject to all legal.hi§hways. <br /> shall be and it is hereby reclassified and'than§ed from la-H1-A1 to la-H1-A. <br /> Section 2. The City Engineer is'hereby authorized and directed to make <br /> said changes in the Zoning Map of the City of Lakewood, Ohio so as to reflect <br /> the amendment designated in Section 1 of this Ordinance. <br /> Section 3.
