ORDINANCE NO. 47-71 BY: Messrs. Graber, Huffman, Kelley, Usher, Wendling, Gaydos An Ordinance to amend Section 1111.12 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and revising the Zoning Map with respect to certain properties all as hereafter set forth and described. OHIO: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF Section 1. That Section 1111.12 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby amended by changing and revising the Zoning Map to the extent that the property described as follows: Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga, and 'State of Ohio, and known as being part of Original Rockport Township Section No. 21 and bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the easterly line of land conveyed to the Lake Avenue Cleveland Land Company by deed dated July 28, 1961 and recorded in Volume 10181, Page 610 of Cuyahoga County Records, distant northerly 170 feet from the northerly line of Lake Avenue (100 feet wide); thence westerly and parallel to the northerly line of Lake Avenue to a point in the westerly line of the Cleveland Land Company aforesaid; thence northerly along said westerly line to a point, said point being 397.76 feet from the northerly line of Lake Avenue as measured along said westerlY line; thence easterly to a point in the easterly line of the Cleveland Land Company aforesaid, said point being 425 feet from the northerly line Of Lake Avenue as measured along said easterly line; thence southerly in the easterly line of said Cleveland Land Company a distance of 225 feet to the place of beginning. .~ . shall be and it is hereby reclassified and changed from lb-H1-A2a to lb-HI-A5. Section 2. Preliminary development plans for any building using the land described in Section 1 hereof shall be submitted to the Lakewood City Planning Commission and reviewed for compliance with any duly adopted thoroughfare or land use plans, the various design standards and the re- quirements of the Zoning Code. The preliminary development plans shall show lOcations of the proposed buildings, heights of buildings, yards, driveways, walks, parking areas and screening therefor and other site improvements, the surrounding streets, present and proposed lot lines and the nearest buildings on adjoining lots. Section 3. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to make said changes in the Zoning Map of the City of Lakewood, Ohio so as to reflect the amendment designated in Section 1 of this Ordinance. Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law and all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.
