ORDINANCE NO. 47-71 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Graber, Huffman, Kelley, <br /> Usher, Wendling, Gaydos <br /> <br /> An Ordinance to amend Section 1111.12 of the Zoning Code of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and revising the <br />Zoning Map with respect to certain properties all as hereafter set forth and <br />described. <br /> <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Section 1111.12 of the Zoning Code of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby amended by changing <br />and revising the Zoning Map to the extent that the property described as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga, and <br /> 'State of Ohio, and known as being part of Original Rockport <br /> Township Section No. 21 and bounded and described as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point in the easterly line of land conveyed to <br /> the Lake Avenue Cleveland Land Company by deed dated July 28, <br /> 1961 and recorded in Volume 10181, Page 610 of Cuyahoga County <br /> Records, distant northerly 170 feet from the northerly line of <br /> Lake Avenue (100 feet wide); thence westerly and parallel to <br /> the northerly line of Lake Avenue to a point in the westerly <br /> line of the Cleveland Land Company aforesaid; thence northerly <br /> along said westerly line to a point, said point being 397.76 <br /> feet from the northerly line of Lake Avenue as measured along <br /> said westerlY line; thence easterly to a point in the easterly <br /> line of the Cleveland Land Company aforesaid, said point being <br /> 425 feet from the northerly line Of Lake Avenue as measured <br /> along said easterly line; thence southerly in the easterly line <br /> of said Cleveland Land Company a distance of 225 feet to the <br /> place of beginning. .~ . <br /> <br /> shall be and it is hereby reclassified and changed from lb-H1-A2a to lb-HI-A5. <br /> Section 2. Preliminary development plans for any building using <br /> the land described in Section 1 hereof shall be submitted to the Lakewood <br /> City Planning Commission and reviewed for compliance with any duly adopted <br /> thoroughfare or land use plans, the various design standards and the re- <br /> quirements of the Zoning Code. <br /> The preliminary development plans shall show lOcations of the proposed <br /> buildings, heights of buildings, yards, driveways, walks, parking areas and <br /> screening therefor and other site improvements, the surrounding streets, present <br /> and proposed lot lines and the nearest buildings on adjoining lots. <br /> Section 3. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> make said changes in the Zoning Map of the City of Lakewood, Ohio so as to <br /> reflect the amendment designated in Section 1 of this Ordinance. <br /> Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from <br /> and after the earliest period allowed by law and all Ordinances or parts of <br /> Ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />Approvcd: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
