ORDINANCE NO. 54-71 BY: <br /> <br />Messrs. Gaydos, Huffman, Kelley, <br />Usher, Ward, Wendling <br /> <br /> An Ordinance to amend Section 1111.12 of.the Zoning Code of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and revising the Zoning blap <br />with respect to certain properties all as hereafter set forth and described. <br /> <br /> BE IT O~DAINED BY TI{E COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE~OOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That SectiOn 1111.12 of the Zoning Code of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby amended by <br />changing and revising the Zoning Map to the extent that the property des- <br />cribed as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point in the easterly line of Coutant Street (60 <br />feet wide), 200.47 feet northerly from the north line of Madison <br />Avenue (86 feet wide) said point being the southwesterly corner <br />of sublot 17 of the Taub Subdivision as shown by the recorded <br />plat in Volume 18 of Maps, Page 8 of the Cuyahoga County Records, <br />thence easterly along the south line of the sublot aforesaid to <br />a point which is the intersection of the west boundry line of the <br />Zoning Use Class 2d, thence northerly along said Zoning boundry <br />line to a point in the southerly line of sublot 17 of the Townsend <br />Subdivision (not recorded), thence westerly along said sublot line <br />and the southerly line of sublot 16 of aforesaid Townsend Sub- <br />division to a point in the easterly line of Coutant Street, thence <br />~outherly along said easterly line of Coutant to place of beginning <br />about 285.8 feet. <br /> <br />shall be and it is hereby reclassified and changed from Use Classification <br />lb (apartment) to 2d (retail store), provided, however, no building shall be <br />permitted to be erected within twenty feet of any residential building. <br /> <br /> Section 2. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to make <br />said changes in the Zoning Map of the City of Lakewood, Ohio so as to reflect <br />the amendment designated in Section 1 of this Ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after the earliest period allowed by law and all Ordinances or parts of <br />Ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />President <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
