OKDINANCE NO. 5.5- 71 BY: Mes'~rs. Huffman, Usher, Ward, Wendl lng, Gaydos An Ordinance to amend Section 1111.12 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of. the City of Lakewood by changing and revising the Zoning Map-with respect to certain properties all as hereafter set forth and described. BE IT ORDAINED BY T}~ COUNCIL OF T}~ CITY OF LAKKWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That Section 1111.12 of the Zoning Code of the Codified ordinances of the City o~ Lakewood be and the same is hereby amended by changing and revising the Zoning Map to the extent that the property des- cribed as follows: Beginning at a point in the southerly line of Sloane Avenue (70 feet wide), 140 feet from the westerly line of West Clifton Boulevard (100 feet wide), thence westerly 119 feet along said southerly line of Sloane Avenue to a point, Said point being the intersection of the easterly line of Kenilworth Street (45 feet wide) and said southerly line of Sloane Avenue, thence southerly along the easterly line of Kenilworth Street, 100 feet to a point, thence easterly and parallel to the southerly line of Sloane Avenue, 118.33 feet to a point, thence northerly 100 feet to point of beginning. shall be and it is hereby reclassified and changed from Classification lb (apartment) to 2d (retail store). Section 2. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to make said changes in the Zoning Map of the City of Lakewood, Ohio so as to reflect the amendment designated in Section 1 of this Ordinance. Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law and all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.
