NOT ADOPTED <br /> <br /> Sept· 20, 1971 <br /> ORDINA~C~ <br /> <br />65-71 BY: <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE to repeal Ordinance No. 37-71 adopted July 6, 1971, which <br />amended Section 1111.12 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of <br />Lakewood, by changing and revising the Zoning Map with respect to certain property <br />situated on Northland Avenue in the City of Lakewood. <br /> WHEREAS, there have been filed with the Clerk of Council petitions signed <br />by qualified electors equal in number to at least fifteen percent (15%) of the total <br />votes cast for the election of a mayor at the last preceding general municipal election <br />at which a mayor was elected requesting that Ordinance No. 37-71 be repealed or be <br />submitted to a vote of the electors of the City, and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Article XI Section 6 of the Amended Charter of the <br />City of Lakewood this Council shall proceed to reconsider said ordinance, and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council does hereby duly reconsider said ordinance, now, <br /> therefore, <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF 0HIO: <br /> Section 1. That Ordinance No. 37-71 adopted July 6, 1971 be and the same <br /> is hereby repealed. <br /> Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and' be in force from and <br /> after the earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br /> Adopted: President <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
