Section 3. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to make said changes in the Zoning Map of the City of Lakewood, Ohio so as to re- fleet the amendment designated in S~¢tion 1 of t~is Ordinance. Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law and all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed°" be submitted to a vote of the qualified electors of the City at a general election to be held on Tuesday, the 2nd day of November, 1971 at the regular places of voting in the City between the hours of 6:30 A.M. and 6:30 P.M.
