ORDINANCE NO. 68-71 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Gaydos, Graber, <br /> Huffman, Usher~.Ward, <br /> Wendling <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE to amend and supplement Section 1111.12 of the Zoning Code <br />of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and revising <br />the Zoning ~lap with respect to certain property all as hereinafter set forth <br />and describ6d. <br />BE IT ORDAIh~D BY THE COUNCIL OF T}~ CITY OF I2%KEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO, <br />Section 1. That section 1111.12 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances <br />of the City of Lakewood be and it is hereby amended by changing and revising <br />the Zoning Map to the extent that the property, described as follows: <br /> Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, <br /> being part of Original Rockport Township, Section No. 22 and further <br /> described as follows: <br /> <br /> '~eginning in'the Northerly line of Detroit Avenue 66 feet wide at a <br /> point which is'the Southwesterly corner of Sublot'No. 85 in the <br /> Matthews and Gilbert Manor Park Subdivision as recorded in Vol. 39, <br /> Page 12 of Cuyahoga County Map Records. <br /> <br /> Thence from said Place. of Beginning, Westerlya~ong said Northerly <br /> line about 355.56 feet to the Southeasterly corner of Property of <br /> Central National Bank. <br /> <br /> Thence Northerly along the said Easterly line of Central National <br /> Bank property 599.41 feet to the Soutkarly line of the Norfolk & <br /> Western Railroad (formerly the New York, Chicago & St. Louis <br /> Railroad). / <br /> Thence Easterly along said Southerly line about 271.54 feet to the <br /> .Westerly line of the said Matthews and Gilbert Manor Park Subdivision <br /> as recorded in Vol. 39, Page 12, of Cuyahoga county Map Records.- <br /> Thence Southerly along said Westerly line about 317.08 feet to a <br /> point 263.16 feet Northerly fr°m the North line of Detroit Avenue. <br /> Thence Easterly along a SoUth line of Sublot No. 84 in said Sub- <br /> division 83.80 feet. <br /> <br /> Thence Southerly'along the Westerly line of said Subdivision and <br /> along the Westerly.line of Sublot No. 85 about 255.30 fee: to the <br /> Place of Beginning." <br /> shall be and it is hereby reclassified and changed from 2d-H3-A4 and lb-H4 to <br /> classification lb with a height limitation of 150 feet. A density of up to <br /> 498 suites shall be permitted on the premises, providing =hat the premises are <br /> developed in conformity with the plans and specifications presently on file with <br /> the City of Lakewood. Up to 280 suites may be of the efficiency or studio type, <br /> and the remainder shall have at least one bedroom. <br /> Section 2. Preliminary development for the land described in Section 1 hereof <br /> shall be submitted to the Lakewood City Planning Conunission and reviewed for <br /> compliance with any duly adopted thoroughfare or land use plans, the variou: <br /> design standards and requirements of zoning regulations. The preliminary <br /> development plans shall show locations of the proposed buildings, height of <br /> buildings, yard, driveways, walks, parking areas and screening therefor and <br /> other site improvements, the surrounding streets, present and proposed lot <br /> lines and the nearest buildings on adjoining lots. <br /> <br /> <br />
