That the Director of Finance be and is hereby authorized to <br />draw checks upon the City depositories for the amounts appropriated in this <br />ordinance whenever claims are presented properly approved by the head of the <br />department for which the indebtedness is incurred, provided the President <br />of Council shal~ approve all c~aims of the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 16.
