Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from <br />and after l~ay 1, 1972 and existing Section 351.99, paragraph (e) of the Traffic <br />Code of the Codified Ordinances, as enacted by Ordinance No. 2-64 and adopted <br />January 6, 1964, and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances t~con$istent here- <br />with, shall be and are hereby repealed at su~~~( <br /> <br /> <br />
