SeCtion 3. That Section 1135.01 of the Zoning Code of the Codified <br />Ordinances of ithe City of Lakewood be and it is hereby amended by changing and <br />revising the Building Line Map to the extent that the building line on the property <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, <br />andknown as being part of Original Rockport Township, Section No. 22, <br />being parts of Sublots No. 382, 288 and all of Sublot No. 381 in the <br />Lakewood Realty Company's Subdivision as shown by the recorded 'plat in <br />Volume 25 of Maps, Page 26 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being all of <br />Sublot No. 248 in the Lakewood Realty Company's Lakewood Park Subdivision <br />as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 27 of Maps, Page 26 of Cuyahoga <br />County Records, and bounded and describ.~d as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the northwesterly corner of Sublot No. 248 in.said Subdivision, <br />which point is about 206.79 feet north of the northerly line of Detroit <br />Avenue (76 feet wide) originally (66 feet wide), thence e~terly a distance <br />of about 260 feet to the westerly line of Belle Avenue (60 feet wide) which <br />point is also the northeasterly corner of Sublot No. 381 in said Subdivision <br /> <br />Thence southerly along the westerly line of Belle Avenue a distance of <br />about 67 feet, thence westerly and parallel to the first described line a <br />distance of about 260 feet to the easterly line of St. Charles A~enue <br />(60 feet wide), <br /> <br />Thence northerly along the easterly line of St. Charles Avenue a distance <br />of about 67 feet to the principal place of beginning, he"the same more or <br />less, but subject tc all legal highways. <br /> <br />shall be and it is hereby changed from 20 feet to 0 feet on the Belle Avenue frontage <br />and the St. Charles frontage. <br /> <br /> . Section 4. Preliminary development for the land described in Section 1 <br />hereof shall be submitted to the Lakewood City Planning Comtsston and reviewed for <br />compliance with any duly adopted thoroughfare or land use plans, the various design <br />standards and requirements of zoning regulations. The preliminary dewlopment plans <br />shall show locations of the proposed buildings, height of buildings, yard, driveways, <br />walks, parking areas and screening therefor and other site improvements, the surround- <br />ing streets, pmesent and proposed lot-lines and the nearest buildings on adjoining <br />lots, <br /> <br /> Section 5. That the City Engineer be and he is hereby authorized and <br />directed to make said reclassification, change and revision in the Zoning Map and <br />Building Line Map, which Zoning Mav~and Building Line Map, with said reclassification, <br />change and revision made as herein provided, are hereby declared to be a part of <br />this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 6.
