(C) The Director of Finance Is hereby authorizcd to pay out of City funds <br /> Twenty-N£ne Cents (29¢) per month toward tlospitalization coverage of <br /> dependent children ages Nineteen (19) through Twenty-Three (23) of <br /> each City employee in accordance w£th rules and regulations prescribed <br /> by the insurance carrier, payable monthly or semiannually at the dis- <br /> cretion of the Director of Finance. <br /> (d) The payment by the City shall be from the following funds: <br /> <br /> (I) Seventy-Five percent from the General Fund. <br /> (2) Thirteen percent from the Street Construction, Maintenance <br /> and Repair Fund. <br /> (3) Five percent from the Sewage Disposal Operating Fund. <br /> (4) Six percent from the Water Department Fund. <br /> (5) One percent from the Parking Meter Fund. <br />Section 2. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, and is approved <br />by the Mayor, it shall take effect and be in force as of March 1, 1972 and exist- <br />lng Section 149.15 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood is hereby <br />repealed.
