Brockman, Graber, Kelley, <br /> · Magnotto, Usher, Wendling <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to amend existing Section 135.06, paragraph <br />(a) of the Administrative Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of <br /> Lakewood relating to Police Department record service charges. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this ordinance.constitutes an emergency measure providing <br /> for the irmnediate preservation of the public health and safety and for the <br /> usual daily· operation of a municipal department, now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> OHIO: :. <br /> <br /> SeCtion 1. That existing Section 135.06 (a) of the Administrative <br /> Code of the 'Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, now reading as <br /> follows: <br /> <br />135.06POLICE RECORD BUREAU SERVICE CHARGES. <br /> <br />(a) The Director of Public Safety, through the Record Bureau of'the <br />Division of Police, is hereby authorized to make and collect the herein- <br />after provided charges for the following services: <br /> <br />(1) For copies of Police reports ....... $1.00 per side, or any portion <br /> thereof. <br />(2) Record checks made for anyone <br /> other than law enforcement agencies <br /> or Federal agencies ................ $1.00 each <br /> <br />(3) Fingerprints ....................... $2.00 for each card <br />(4) Photographs ........................ $2.00 for each photograph· <br /> <br />(5) Clearance letters .................. $2.00 for each letter <br /> <br />be and the same is hereLy amended to read as follows: <br />135.06 POLICE RIf!~ORD BUREAU SERVICE CHARGES <br /> <br />(a) The Director of Public Safety, through the Record Bureau of the <br />Division of Police, is hereby authorized to make and collect the herein- <br />after provided charges for the following services: <br /> <br />(1) For copies of police reports ....... $1.00 per side, or any portion <br /> thereof. <br /> <br />(2) Record checks made for anyone <br /> other than law enforcement agencies <br /> or Federal agencies ................ $1.00 each <br /> <br />(3) Fingerprints ....................... :12.00 for each card <br /> <br />(4) Photographs ........................ $5.00 for each photograph <br /> <br />(5) Clearance letters .................. $2.00 for each letter <br /> <br /> Section 2.
