REJECTED AT MEETING MAY 1, 19172 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 40-72 BY: <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE to repeal' Ordinance No. 7-72 adopted 'March 20, 1972 <br />which amended Sections 1111.12 and 1135.01 of the Zoning Code of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and revising the Zoning Map <br />and the Building Line Map with respect to certain property situated on Detroit <br />Avenue in the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there have been filed with the Clerk of Council petitions <br />signed by qualified electors equal in number to at least fifteen percent (15%) <br />of the total votes cast for the election of a mayor at the last preceding <br />general municipal election at which a mayor was elected requesting that Ordin- <br />ance No. 7-72 be repealed or be submitted to a vote of the electors of the <br />City, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Article XI Section 6 of the Amended Charter of <br />the City of Lakewood this Council shall proceed to reconsider said ordinance, <br />and' <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council does hereby dilly reconsider said ordinance, <br />now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF TFd~ CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Ordinance No. 7-72 adopted March 30, 1972 be and the <br />· same is hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
