Section 4. Preliminary development 'f,~,t,' the land described in Section 1 <br />hereof shall be submitted to the Lakewood City Planning Commission and <br />reviewed for compliance with any duly adopted thoroughfare or land use <br />plans, th~ various design standards and requirements of zoning regulations. <br />The preliminary development plans shall show locations of the proposed <br />buildings, height of buildings, yard, driveways, walks, parking areas and <br />screening therefor and other site improvements, the surrounding streets, <br />present'and proposed lot lines and the nearest buildings on adjoining lots. <br /> <br />Section 5. That'the City Engineer be and he is hereby authorized and <br />directed to make said reclassification, change and revision in the Zoning <br />Map and Building Line Map, which Zoning Map and Building Line Map, with <br />said reclassification, change and revision made as herein provided, are <br />hereby declared to be a part of this ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 6.
