Section 4. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby authorized <br />and directed to cause a check to be drawn in favor of Francis Jo Talty, Judge of <br />the Probate Court of Cuyahoga CoUnty, in the amount of Twenty Thousand Five Hundred <br />Dollars ($20,500°00) representing the value of such property appropriated together <br />with damages, if any, to the residue. <br /> <br /> Section 5. That the Director of Law is hereby authorized and directed <br />to deposit the aforementioned check in a court of competent jurisdiction at the time <br />of filing suit for appropriation representing the value of such property appropriated <br />together with damages, if any, to the residue. <br /> <br /> Section 6. That this Council hereby declares its intention to take <br />possession of the appropriated property, including structures situated thereon, upon <br />the deposit of the aforementioned Twenty Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($20,500.00) <br />with the Probate Court of Cuyahoga County. <br /> <br /> Section 7.
