(c) <br /> <br />Division of Police. Full-time permanent employees of the Division <br />of Police shall be paid, in addition to such salary or compensation <br />that may be provided by any other ordinance, additional compensation <br />based on the number of continuous full years of service, including <br />interim military service, as determined on the dates of June 15 and <br />December 15 of each year in accordance with the following schedule: <br /> <br />(1) For five years through nine years of service .......... $75.00 <br />(2) For ten years through fourteen years of service ........ 100.00 <br />(3) For fifteen years through nineteen years of service .... 125.00 <br />(4) For twenty years or more ................................ 150.00 <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the <br />Mayor and existing paragraphs (b) and (c)-of Section 149.07 adopted February 1, <br />1973, shall be and the same are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
