ORDINANCE NO. 49-73 BY: Messrs. Magnotto,McBride Sinagra, Usher, Werner, Brockman, Graber AN ORDINANCE to amend and supplement Section 1111.12 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and revising the Zoning Map with respect to certain property all as hereinafter set forth and described. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That Section 1111.12 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and it is hereby amended by changing and revising the Zoning Map to the extent that the property, described as follows: Situated in the City.of Lakewood, CountY of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being the southerly 28.39 feet ~ of Sublot No. 52 in the Charles A. Cook's allot- ment of part of original Rockport Township Section No. 22 as shown by the recorded plat of said allotment in Volume 25 of Maps, Page 2 of Cuyahoga County Records forming a parcel of land having a frontage of 28.39 ft. on the easterly side of Cook Avenue and extending back between parallel lines 118.35 feet on the northerly line and 118.32 feet on the southerly line and having a rear line of 28.39 ft. as appears by said plat be the same more or less but subject'to all legal highways shall be and it is hereby reclassified and changed from la-H1-A2 to classification 2d-H3~A4. Section 2. That the City Engineer be and he is hereby authorized and directed to make said ~reclassification, change and revision in the Zoning Map, which Zoning Map, with said reclassifi- cation, change and revision made as herein provided,~ is hereby de- clared to be a part of this ordinance. Section 3.
