Brockman, Graber, Magnotto, <br /> McBride, Sinagra, Usher, Werner <br /> <br /> AN Eb~RGENCY ORDINANCE to amend existing pargraph (a) of Section 135.06 <br />of the Administrative Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of' Lakewood <br />relating to Police Department record service.charges. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure providing for the <br />immediate preservation of the public health and safety and for the usual daily <br />operation of a municipal department, now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That existing paragraph (a) of Section 135.06 of the Administrative <br />Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, presently reading as follows: <br /> <br />"135.~06 POLICE RECORD BUREAU SERVICE CHARGES. <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />The Director of Public Safety, through the Record Bureau of the <br />Division of Police, is hereby authorized to make and collect the <br />hereinafter provided charges for the following services: <br /> <br />(1) For copies of police reports ........ i ......... $I.00 per side, or <br /> auy portion thereof <br />(2) Record checks made for anyone other than. <br /> law enforcement agencies or federal agencies..$1.00 each <br />(3) Fingerprints ................................ ,.$2.00 for each cg~ <br />(4) Photographs ....... ~ ........................... $5.00 for each photograp~ <br />(5) Clearance letters ............................. $2.00 for each letter" <br /> <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />135.06 POLICE RECORD BUREAU SERVICE CHARGES. <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />The Director of Public Safety, through the Record Bure~ of the <br />Division of Police, is hereby authorized to make and collect the <br />hereinafter provided charges for the following services: <br /> <br />(1) Motor vehicle accident reports ........... .....;.$3.00 for each report <br /> consisting of two <br /> pages plus $1.00 <br /> for each additional <br /> ~ page. <br />(2) Complaint, criminal and miscellaneous <br /> investigative reports .......................... $2.00 (one side) plus <br /> $1.00 for each <br /> additional page <br />(3) Record checks made for anyone other than law <br /> enforcement agencies or federal agencies ...... $1.00 each <br />(4) Fingerprints $2 00 for each card <br />(5) Photographs ................................... $5.00 for each photograph <br />(6) Clearance letters ............................. $2.00 for each letter <br /> <br /> <br />
