ORDINANCE NO. 55-73 BY: Messrs. Graber, Magnotto, McBride, Usher, S£nagra, Werner AN ORDINANCE to approve, adopt and enact a new Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood and to repeal ordinances in conflict therewith. WHE~AS, the basic provisions of the present. Zoning Code of the City of Lakewood were enacted in 1922, and WHEREAS, the City of Lakewood has been working upon and developing a new Zoning Code not only to simplify the terms and provisions thereof but also to incorporate therein more modern concepts of zoning which have been developed since the enactment of the present Zoning Code, now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE'WOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That a new Zoning Code of the City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby approved, adopted and enacted as follows: Zoning Code on file in the Office of the Clerk of Council of the City of Lakewood, Lakewood City Hall 12650 Detroit Avenue Lakewood, Ohio 44107 Section 2. That said Zoning Code be enacted as Title 3 of Part Eleven Planning and Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood. Section 3. That all provisions of the present Zoning Code of the City of Lakewood enacted as ordinance 1786 passed February 13, 1922 and as amended from time to time thereafter amd all other ordinances and resolutions or part thereof which are in conflict or inconsistent with any provisions of the new Zoning Code are hereby repealed as of the effective date of this ordinance. Section 4.
