373.21 RIDING BICYCLES AND MOTORCYCLES ABREAST <br /> <br /> Persons riding bicycles or motorcycles upon a roadway shall ride <br /> not more than two abreast, except on paths or parts of roadways <br /> set aside for the exclusive use of bicycles or motorcycles. <br /> <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />373.21 RIDING MOTORCYCLES ABREAST. <br /> <br />Persons riding motorcycles upon a roadway shall ride not more than <br />two abreast except on paths or parts of roadways set aside for the <br />exclusive use of motorcycles <br /> <br /> Section 3. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the <br />Mayor and existing paragraph (a) of Section 373.15 and existing Section 373.21 <br />shall be and the same are hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> <br />
