That there be appropriated from the <br /> Federal Revenue Sharing Fund: <br /> <br />300,000.00 <br /> <br />Section 13. That the Director of Finance be and is hereby authorized to draw <br />checks upon the City depositories for the amounts appropriated in this or- <br />dinance whenever claims are presented properly approved by the head of the <br />department for which the indebtedness is incurred, provided the President <br />of Council shall approved all claims of the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 14.
