Section 5. That S'ection 339.04 of the Traffic Code be and the same <br />is hereby supplemented by enacting new paragraph (i) to read as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 339.04 TAMPERING AND DESTRUCTION <br /> (i) Whoever violates this Section is guilty of a misdemeanor Of <br /> the fourth degree. <br /> <br /> Section 6. That Section 351.26 of the Traffic Code be and the same <br />is hereby supplemented by enacting a new paragraph to read as follows: <br /> SECTION 351,26 EMERGENCY DURING HEAVY SNOW STORMS <br /> Any motor vehicle parked in violation of this Section may be impounded <br /> in accordance with the provisions of Sections 303°08 and 351.22. In <br /> addition to the foregoing, any person who violates this Section for a <br /> first offense is guilty of a minor misdemeanor; for a second and <br /> subsequent offenses during the same winter season, such person is <br /> ~ guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. <br /> Section 7. That Section'351'.27~°f the Traffic Code be and the same is <br />hereby supplemented by enacting new paragraph to read as follows: ~. <br /> SECTION 351.27' PARKING REGULATIONS DURING EMERGENCY <br /> Any motor vehicle parked in violation of this Section may be impounded <br /> in accordance with the provisions of Sections 303.08 and 351o22. In <br /> addition to the foregoing, any person who violates this Section, for. <br /> a first offense is guilty of a minor misdemeanor; for a second and <br /> subsequent offense during the same winter season, such person is <br /> builty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. <br /> Section 8. ~That Section 355.06 of the Traffic Code be and the same is <br /> hereby supPlemented by enacting new paragraph (f) to read as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 355.06 VIOLATIONS <br /> <br /> · (f) Whoever violates any of the provisions of the foregoing sub- <br /> paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) shall be subject to the provisions of <br /> Section 351.99 (b). <br /> Section 9.
