<br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE creating positions and fixing salaries of the annual,
<br />salaried employees in the several departments and divisions of the City of
<br />Lakewood commencing February 17, 197~
<br />
<br />~{EREAS, this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure providing for the
<br />usual daily operation of a municipal department in that in the interest of
<br />public service, welfare and safety, it is necessary to fix the compensation
<br />of employees; now, therefore,
<br />
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO~
<br />
<br />Section 1. Positions are hereby created and the compensation of annual,
<br />salaried employees in the several departments and divisions of the City
<br />of Lakewood shall be as follows, commencing February 17, 1974.
