- 3 - <br /> <br /> 10. This agreement may be amended at any time upon the mutual <br />written agreement of the parties hereto. <br /> <br /> 11. This agreement shall continue in effect until cancelled by <br />either party in the manner hereinafter set forth. With respect to the <br />period or season during which such refreshment stands shall.be operated, <br />the dates of opening and closing of such period of operation and <br />season shall be as stipulated annually by the Director of Public Works. <br />Either the CITY or the BOARD may terminate this agreement at any time <br />by written notice stating the date of termination and given fifteen (15) <br />days prior to the date of termination as stated. Such written notice <br />may be given: <br /> <br />(a) By Registered Mail and addressed to the City of Lakewood, <br /> Lakewood City Hall, 12650 Detroit Avenue, Lakewood, O~io <br /> or if to the Board, Board of Education, 1470 Warren Road, <br /> Lakewood, Ohio or <br />(b) Personally if to the City, by delivery to the Director of <br /> Public Works, or Director of Finance, if,to the Board, <br /> by delivery to the Superintendent or Clerk-Treasurer. <br /> <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto hereunto set their hands <br />the day and year first above written. (SIGNATURES.) <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the <br />Mayor. <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
