M~rch 3, 1975 An emergency ordinance enacted by the City/~Xf~ of LAK[W00D CUYAHOGA County, Ohio, in the matter of .the hereinafter described improvement, under the supervision of the Director of Transportation. WHEREAS, the Director of Transportation is considering improving a po'rtion of the L~ublic highway which is described as follows: The improvement of State Route No. US-20, known locally as Wooster Road, by constructing a concrete retaining wall approximately 36 feet east of the existing centerline ,~f Wooster Road to prevent further sliding of the slope adjacent to said highway, said improvement being within the corporate boundaries of the City of Lakewood within the following described limits: · Beginning at the southerly Lakewood-Rocky River Corporation Line and extending northerly a distance of 0.09 mile, more or less. NOW THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the Council of the City/V~X~a%~ of LAK[W00D Ohio: ' SECTION I (Consent) That it is declared to be in the public interest that the consent of said City/ ~~ be and such consent is hereby given to the Director of Transportation to construct the above described improvement, in accordance with plans, specifications and estimates as approved by the Director. SECTION II (Cooperation) That said City/~~hereby proposes to cooperate with the State of Ohio, in the cost of the above described improvement as follows: No participation in project costs. SECTION III (Authority to Sign) That the MAYOR of said City/~b~.~ is hereby empowered and directed,on behalf of the City~L~ to enter into agreements with the Director of Transportation necessary to complete the planning and construction of this improvement.
