725.07 PORTABLE Ab[USEMENT RIDES; PERMIT REVOCATION <br /> <br />Every permit issued pursuant to Section 725.06 may be revoked <br />and the Building Co,~nissioner is hereby expressly autl~orized <br />to revoke such permit in tl~e event tl~e permi tee directly or <br />indirectly perm-its the opc,rati..on of any t:raveling, portable <br />amusc,nent ride(s) or device(s) coutrary to the provisious of this <br />Chapter, Ordinances of the City or thc laws of the State of Ohio. <br /> <br />725.99 PORTABLE AMUSEMENT RIDES; PENALTY <br /> <br />(d) Whoever violates Section 725.04 shall be guilty of a m~s- <br />demeanor of the first degree. Every day that such violation <br />continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
