ORDINANCE NO. 27-75 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Brockman, Chinnock, Graber, <br /> Magnotto, McBride, Sinagra, Usher <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE establishing rates of admission to the <br />Lakewood Municipal Swimming Pools located at Lakewood Park 'and Madison Park, <br />and repealing other ordinances inconsistent herewith. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the cost of the operation of the municipal pools has <br />increased, and an increase in the admission charges is necessary to maintain <br />the programs of the pool, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Ordinance constitutes an emergency measure providing <br />for the usual daily operation of a municipal department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That ~h~ ra~s for admission to ~h~ Lakewood Municipal <br />Swimming Pools situated at Lakewood Park and Madison Park be and the same are <br />hereby established as follows: <br /> <br />A. Season Passes for Open Swimmin~ Thru 6-8-75 <br /> Season Admissions - residents <br /> Adult (Individual) $ 9.00 <br /> Student (Individual) 7.00 <br /> Season AdmiSsions - non-residents <br /> Adult (~ndividual) 18.00 <br /> Student (Individual) 12.00 <br /> <br /> Season.
