Section 2. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to pay out of <br />the General Fund any refund of fee for housing license issued for the year 1975 <br />which may be due as a result of the adoption of the within ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its/~ion and app~va/~ by the <br />Mayor, and existing Section 1305.44, adopted De~ember ¥, 1974,~al~/~e and the <br />same is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Adopted: /~~~-~Z <br /> President <br /> <br /> Cle <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
